Surplus Tech Mart is located in Israel, We ship worldwide with Registered mail, EMS or DHL.
Items are shipped within 1-3 days of payment receipt. However, most items ship within 1 business day.
All items are packed professionally with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item simply return it to us! Guidelines for returns:

# you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a refund.

# Items must be in original condition. "AS-IS" items are not eligible for returns.

# Refund will be for the sale price only. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Warranty

New
A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may be a factory second or a new, unused item with defects. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Manufacturer refurbished
An item that has been professionally restored to working order by a manufacturer or manufacturer-approved vendor. 2. You can track your order with our Order Tracker, fill the required details and you will be able to track and trace your order.
